What is Pixron B2B Furniture?

Pixron B2B Furniture is the B2B ordering portal we built for furniture manufacturers to run their dealer network from a single system.

Dealers browse the catalogue at their own prices, configure the furniture by option, part, size and fabric, and place their order. Once approved, the order becomes a production order; shipment, delivery note, invoice and the dealer's account all move forward in the same system.

Each side uses its own screen: dealers use the portal, the manufacturer's team uses the management panel.

What does it do?

A summary of what you can do with Pixron B2B Furniture.

  • Dealer catalogue

Dealers see the catalogue at their own prices and order through the cart or the quick-order screen.

  • Product configurator

Furniture is configured to order by option, part, size and fabric.

  • Dealer-specific pricing

A dealer's fixed price, per-product discount and general dealer discount are applied in that order.

  • Payment and account

Pay by credit limit, credit card or bank transfer; account statement and invoices are visible in the portal.

  • Order approval and status flow

Orders go through approval; every status change is logged and the dealer is notified.

  • Production orders

An approved order becomes a production order and can be printed as a document.

  • Shipment and delivery notes

Shipments are planned in batches and the delivery note is produced by the system.

  • Invoices and quotes

Invoices, e-invoices and quotes are issued from the same panel; a payment link can be sent to the dealer.

  • Service claims

Dealers open after-sales service claims, attach files and correspond with your team.

How does it work?

  1. The dealer is set up

The dealer's application is approved; prices, discounts and credit limit are defined.

  2. The order is placed

The dealer configures the product, adds it to the cart and submits the order.

  3. The order is approved

Your team approves the order and it becomes a production order.

  4. It is shipped

Finished products are shipped, and the delivery note and invoice are issued.

  5. Account and service are followed

Payments are posted to the account; after-sales claims run through the portal.

Who is it for?

  • Furniture manufacturers with a dealer network

Companies that want to see orders in one system instead of collecting them by phone and message.

  • Dealers

Sales points that want to follow their price, order status, account statement and invoices on their own screen.

  • Sales, production and accounting teams

Teams that work on the same record from order to production, from shipment to invoice.

Highlights

  • Dealer applications are received and approved in the panel
  • Roles and permissions limit access within the team
  • Multilingual dealer portal
  • Integration through an XML product feed and API
  • Dealer reward programme and announcements
  • Production orders, delivery notes, invoices and quotes are produced as PDF documents

Frequently asked questions

Does each dealer see their own price?

Yes. The price is determined in this order: the dealer's fixed price, the dealer's per-product discount, the dealer's general discount, the list price.

How do dealers pay?

From their defined credit limit, by credit card or by bank transfer. The account statement and invoices are visible in the portal; a payment link can also be sent to the dealer.

How does an order reach production?

An approved order becomes a production order, which can be printed as a document; shipment and delivery note move forward on the same record.

How are furniture-specific options managed?

Option groups, parts, sizes and fabrics are defined in the product configurator; the dealer builds the order with these options and the price is calculated accordingly.

Does it work with other systems?

Yes. The catalogue can be shared through an XML feed and API, and synchronisation with the product catalogue on your website can be set up.
