What is Processium?
Processium is the process tracking system that brings a municipality's internal operations together in a single application.
From receiving a citizen report to the location of a vehicle in the field, from the signature on a procurement file to the staff inventory, every job is recorded in one place, routed to the relevant unit and followed through its stages.
The installation is modular: each institution enables only the sections it needs. Processium is in live use at Ereğli Municipality.
What does it do?
A summary of what you can do with Processium.
Support Centre
Citizen reports are received, pass through an approval queue and are sent to the relevant unit as tasks.
Tasks
Internal tasks are created, assigned and followed until they are completed.
Cleaning Services
Vehicles are tracked live on the map; containers, routes and shifts are managed.
Staff Tracking
The location and status of field staff are followed through the mobile app.
Human Resources
Staff records and documents are kept in one place.
Inventory
Vehicles, machinery, fixtures and consumables are all recorded.
Procurement Tracking
A templated file flow from survey to payment; a file cannot move on without the signed document.
IT
IT support requests are queued and the work is tracked.
Parks and Gardens
Park inventory and maintenance records are kept.
How does it work?
The report is received
A report from the citizen portal or the solution centre is recorded.
It is routed to a unit
After the approval queue, the report is sent to the relevant unit and becomes a task.
The work is carried out
The unit completes the task; vehicles and staff in the field are tracked live.
The result is visible
Management follows the process on screen, and the citizen follows the request on the portal.
Who is it for?
Municipal management
Managers who want to see on one screen which unit and which stage each job is at.
Solution centre teams
Teams that receive citizen reports, classify them and route them to units.
Field directorates
Units such as cleaning services and parks that manage vehicles and staff in the field.
Support units
Human resources, procurement, inventory and IT teams.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to take all the modules?
No. The installation is modular; each institution enables only the modules it needs. A disabled module does not appear in the menu and does not run.
How does a citizen follow a request?
Citizens sign in to the portal with an SMS code sent to their phone, create a request and see which unit and which stage it is at. Status can also be checked with the request number.
How do field teams use the system?
Field staff use the mobile app; location and status data reach the system from there.
How are permissions defined?
Authorisation is permission-based: each user can perform only the operations assigned to them. Two-step verification can be used at sign-in.
Is Processium in use today?
